3) Reduce the temperature rise and try using heat dissipation materials with good thermal conductivity. This design requires better ventilation channels to quickly dissipate residual heat. The temperature rise should be less than 30 ° C. In addition, improving the heat dissipation level of modular lights should be included in the agenda.
4) There are many methods for heat dissipation, such as using heat pipes, which is good, but cost factors should be considered and cost-effectiveness should be considered in the design.
In addition, the design of LED lights should not only improve efficiency, light distribution requirements, and aesthetics, but also improve the level of heat dissipation. Use materials with good thermal conductivity. According to reports, the heat sink is coated with some nanomaterials, which increase its thermal conductivity by 30%. In addition, in order to have better mechanical performance and air tightness, the radiator should also be dustproof, and the temperature rise of LED lights should be less than 30 ℃. |
